Ranveer Singh: I had been offered to play a triple role and quintuplets too

Now that all of his contemporaries are playing double roles in their respective films, Ranveer Singh too is looking for the right script to play the same on screen.

 Varun Dhawan plays a double role in ‘Judwaa’, while Sidharth Malhotra has a dual role in ‘Reloaded’, Ranveer’s good friend, Arjun Kapoor too is playing twins in ‘Mubarakan’, after having played a double role in the 2013 movie ‘Aurangzeb’. So when asked what is stopping Ranveer to do such a role, he says, “I would love to do a double role. But the script has to be really good. I had offers but I didn’t like them.”

The actor revealed that he had got offers to play triple role and quintuplets too. “I had been offered a triple role once and someone had even offered me to play quintuplets too (five different characters in the same film). But they didn’t materialise,” concludes the actor.

Ranveer’s last venture, ‘Befikre’, along side Vaani Kapoor, is garnering applauds at the box-office.
