There are some desserts you hear of and think "That does not need to be a dessert!" But then you taste it and wonder how you've been missing it your entire life. This Reese's Peanut Butter Ball is one of those things. It sounds wrong ... it looks wrong (reminds me of Mars) ... but tastes unreal.
And how could it not? This Reese's ball is essentially peanut butter cookie dough (without the flour) as a cheese ball: cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, peanut butter, and Reese's. In other words, a peanut butter dream. We've made our fair share of cheese balls at Delish (LOL, we even decorated one in mini pepperoni), but hadn't thought to stud one with Reese's Pieces, until we saw this beaut. We knew we needed to figure out a worthy PB concoction for dipping.
You can serve this thing with graham crackers (chocolate or plain work!), Nilla Wafers, even pretzels (salty sweet, yo!). It's the perfect thing to have in the fridge for when people are coming over to watch the game or the new episode of Westworld. Let it come to room temperature and dig in.
